Delivery
- Generally we have UK stock available to fulfill orders.
- All orders are sent from our warehouses in the United Kingdom, allowing us to deliver your order in 24/48 hours.
- Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the client.
- Healthy-oils.co.uk may reject any order until paid, returning in full the payment in this unlikely event.
- Healthy-oils.co.uk is not obliged to fulfill order until we have received a confirmation of full payment, as the buyer has not fulfilled his/her obligations.
Shipping and Handling
- The standard packing and handling charge for each order is £ 6.90
- On orders over £40 shipping and handling is Free
Product Sales
- The characteristics and prices of the products appear on the screen. These items will be available for sale while stocks last.
- The prices are displayed in GB pounds with VAT included, and are accurate with the exception of typing errors.
- The special offers are duly marked and identified as such. They are valid as shown on your screen.

The rules regarding returns (regulated by the Law of 15/1/96 number 7/1996) claims, guarantees and invoicing are as follows:
- If a customer is not satisfied with products purchased in Healthy-oils.co.uk, they may be returned in less than 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Any returns must be accompanied with the packing slip which accompanies the shipment. For any possible incidents or claims we recommend that you contact us by e-mail.
The refund will be made by payment.
- Returns cannot be made unless the products are in their original packaging and perfect condition.
- The delivery bill is valid as the manufacturer’s guarantee, and will take effect from the day of delivery to the buyer’s address.

Claims for possible incidents such as the product being damaged upon delivery, being an incorrect package or for any other reason, will be dealt with as follows:

- Within 15 days of the receipt of the order, and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer (as of the 15/1/96 Law Number 7/1996)
- If instead you require a replacement, Healthy-oils.co.uk is committed to delivering the customer another product in a perfect condition when we receive the defective product.
