15 days free refundHealthy-oils, after a thorough analysis of the produce that are commercialized through its healthy-oils.o.uk website, is completely sure about the quality of its merchandise. However if by the time the order is in your hands you decide that what you have got is not what you expected… we will refund your order without any question, no matter the reason why.

This is our policy, we even refund shipping charges, and hence returns are absolutely free of charge for our customers.

Although we have the legal obligation to leave a 7 days for the items to be returned, Healthy-oil is so sure that you will be satisfied with your order that we double that limit and allow you to return your order within 15 days after the shipping date.

 

How long do I have to wait until I get my refund?

Healthy-oil will refund your order as soon as we verify the parcel has reached our warehouse and the merchandise, package and all the items related to the return along with its accessories are in a good state.

Once we have verified the state of the goods, Healthy-oils is committed to make the refund within 15 days at the latest.

 

Does Healthy-oils refund shipping charges?

The amount to be refunded will be the one that was originally stated on the order.

Healthy-oils will reimburse the initial shipping charges if you return the entire order.

So returns are 100% free for you.

 

How do I get my money back?

We propose you to choose between two options, as shown below:

  •    - A boucher. We issue a ticket for the value of the amount of your purchase that only can be spent by you and valid for a year.

  •    - Money back. After we authorize the refund of your money, you will receive a confirmation email of the transfer, however please note that your money will not reach your bank account after a couple of days (normal processing time in banking).

  •    - In case you paid by card, the refund will be made to that same account.

  •    - If you settled the payment by using a PayPal® account, a refund will be made to that same account.

  •    - If you paid by a bank wire transfer, the refund will be transferred through a PayPal® account.

 

How do I return the merchandise?

First of all, pack the merchandise; you should place the items in a box or in the original wrapping. After that, please post it to the following address:

Parcels must be posted in a registered way. Moreover, ask for the remote sell fee.

 

May I send the merchandise by ‘collect on delivery’ service?
